Alan McKnight - Pastor
Alan McKnight is our Pastor. He preaches weekly and leads the church alongside the elders. He also serves as Chair of the Fellowship of independent Evangelical Churches. Alan is married to Pamela and they have three children and two grandchildren.
Carl Robinson - Youth and Children's Pastor
Carl Robinson is our Youth and Children's Pastor. He leads our youth and children's work from zero to 19 and is heavily engaged in reaching the young people in our community. Carl is married to Sarah and they have three children, Phoebe, Joel and Caleb.
Craig Dyer - Associate Pastor
Craig Dyer is our Associate Pastor/Elder. He preaches regularly and is part of the church leadership team. Craig is also Training Director with Christianity Explored Ministries and is married to Margaret and they have three grown up daughters.
Walter Whitelaw - Elder
Walter preaches on occasion and leads a pastoral care group. Walter is married to Mary and they have two sons and six grandchildren.
David Meiklejohn - Elder
David serves as the Church Secretary and is also very active in teaching kids church. David works in the telecommunications industry and is married to Claire, they have one daughter.
William Bell - Elder
William looks after the growth groups, which includes writing questions for these groups. He is married to Lorraine and works as an engineering consultant. They have three sons.
Hamish Marshall - Deacon
Hamish has a particular interest in schools ministry and and looks after staffing at the church. Hamish runs a specialist printing business and is married to Gillian, they have three children.
Kenny MacMillan - Deacon
Kenny has a particular interest in youth and children’s ministry and he oversees this for the church. Kenny runs a Tiling business and is married to Lynn, they have two sons.
Donald Phillips - Deacon
Donald has a particular interest in IT and Audio Visuals and is the churches ‘tech guy’. Donald runs technical support for a University in Glasgow and is married to Joyce, they have two sons.
Alan Swanson - Deacon
Alan serves the church as the Treasurer. He works for Blythswood Care managing their East European projects
Norman Yardley - Deacon
Norman looks after all of the building maintenance issues at church and serves a Board Member of Harper Community Initiative. Norman is a Project Manager in local government and is married to Karen, they have two sons.
John Wadsworth - Deacon
John is responsible for welcome and contecting activities within the church. He oversees a range of different teams that are focused on bringing people together and encouraging them. John is married to Sarah and they have three daughters.
Janette Blakeway - Church Administrator
Janette supports the work of the church in her role as Church Administrator. She has recently retired from her career in local government.
